Robert Nolin

Robert Nolin, a South Florida native and former collegiate quarterback, brings to his Mortgage practice a lifetime of Real Estate knowledge. In addition to being raised by a successful Realtor Mom, he dove into the Real Estate industry after graduating from Wagner College in New York. He moved to San Francisco in 2012 to be an integral part of a ground breaking new residential community by developer Crescent Heights®. Robert transitioned to the lending world in 2013, working for both local and national Direct Lenders. In 2017, Robert decided to make the switch to a Mortgage Brokerage, relying on his vast knowledge of guidelines and loan structuring gained from years at top lending institutions.

Robert brings his focus, dedication and leadership skills from the football field to the Residential Mortgage field. Communication and transparency are some of the most important qualities for Robert and he’s spent the better part of his life honing these skills.

Robert plays for the Bay Area Vintage Baseball League and enjoys spending Sundays at Golden Gate Park. He remains close with his parents in Florida, his older Brother in New York and his younger Brother proudly serving in the Army in Tennessee.
