Paul Schectman has over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry. Paul co-owned a resort real estate brokerage and property management firm in Colorado. He moved to California and worked in San Francisco as a commercial office leasing broker starting in the mid 80s and transitioned into Investment Property Brokerage Sales. Since 1991 Paul has provided outstanding real service, providing real estate financing to property owners in California, on residential and commercial properties. He understands the macro and micro economic shifts that influence mortgage programs and pricing, as well as identifying the mortgage financing options for his client’s specific needs based on their qualifications.

Paul is skilled at guiding his clients through the application process, and assembling the necessary loan documentation in a streamlined, focused way. As a broker, he works with a broad base of wholesale lenders without any bias.
