Being a Hong Konger educated in the Rainbow State, I embarked on my career in corporate tech in Tokyo before moving to the vibrant Silicon Valley. The journey eventually led me to immerse myself in various facets of the real estate industry, from buying my first home and investing in rental properties to rehabilitating houses. Nevertheless, the most fulfilling aspect of my career has been hand-holding my clients through the complex maze of securing financing for their homes or investment properties.

Having walked in my clients’ shoes, I have an up-close and personal perspective on the challenges faced by unconventional buyers, such as business owners and gig workers striving to purchase homes while building their businesses, foreign investors with limited domestic financial footprints, or buyers in love with those special yet not-so-lendable properties. Crafting out-of-the-box solutions is what I do.

I spend most of my downtime with my baby girl Bella and my sweet boy Max, both German Shepherds are the loves of my life. They have taught me invaluable lessons in unconditional love and patience, among other virtues they possess. Traveling, shopping, smartphone photography, and sharing grape juice with my dear friends take up the rest of my occasional spare time.
