Nick has been a wholesale mortgage originator since 1995 and from 2000 to 2014 was an owner/partner of a wholesale mortgage company while also working full time as an originator.

Nick is known for his calm and measured approach and has earned the loyalty of hundreds of clients who, in turn, form the backbone of a vast referral network which includes their family, friends and associates. He has broad knowledge of, and experience with, every loan product offered including Conventional Fannie and Freddie, Jumbo and Super Jumbo, VA, Non-QM, Portfolio, Bank Statement, Equity Loans, Private Money etc.

Nick’s work philosophy is to make himself available to his clients at all hours, 7 days a week. His motto to his clients has always been, “if you are working, I am working”.

Consistently among the top producers nationwide and with dozens of Top Originations and Top Closings awards that he keeps in a box in his basement, Nick’s focus is always on the current transaction and the next one to follow.

Nick works with his wife, Cynthia Rosen, an accomplished and widely respected Realtor (and recent recipient of Agent of the Year Award with her company). Together they provide a true one-stop shop real estate team with over 50 years of combined experience and expertise.

On a personal note, they have raised three kids, lots of dogs and cats and are proud parents of a pot belly pig named Juju Bean. If you ask Juju, she will tell you she is the reason they are deeply involved with animal rescue and animal sanctuaries.
